- Photographs, logo and written content, which you supply unless the scope states otherwise.
- Advertising, SEO retainers and social media management.
- Anything outside the agreed scope, which I quote separately before starting.

I begin with a free audit of your current website, if you have one: an SEO assessment, performance scores and recommendations.
Scope
The pages, features, price and launch date are agreed in writing.
Build
I build the site and send you a preview to review.
Launch
I publish the site and set up the monthly report.
After launch
A website requires hosting and ongoing upkeep, and two monthly plans cover it. Both are month to month, and you may cancel at the end of any month.
Site Care Lite

Hosting and a monthly report of your calls, form requests and phone taps, and of any quotes or service requests submitted through your tools, with a short note on ways to improve. Edits are not included and are quoted as needed.
Site Care
$80/mo
Everything in Site Care Lite, plus small edits such as new hours, new prices or a new service. Each month, Site Care includes an updated promotional page tailored to your current offer.
