Site Care

For a website. Includes everything in Site Care Lite, plus small edits such as new hours, new prices or a new service. Each month, it includes an updated promotional page tailored to your current offer.
App Care

For a tool. Includes hosting, sending the tool's emails, and small fixes. Every tool requires it.
Complete Care

Site Care and App Care at one price, for one website and one tool. The monthly report includes the quotes or service requests submitted through the tool.
Frequently asked questions
What is App Care, and why does every tool require it?
Each tool runs on a platform I host and sends emails on your behalf. App Care covers that hosting, the email sending and small fixes. A tool needs all three to keep working, so every tool requires App Care.
What if my website does not need changes?
Site Care Lite is designed for that case. It includes hosting and the monthly report. If you need an edit later, I will quote it, or you may move to Site Care.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The plans are month to month, so you may cancel at the end of any month.
What happens to my data if I leave?
If you have a tool, you may ask me to export your customer requests and quote history. The application itself remains on my platform, and a paid move to another tool is quoted separately. If you have a website, it can be handed over to you.
