After launch, a monthly care plan keeps your website or tool maintained, month to month. Each plan includes the following.

- Site Care Lite: hosting for your website and a monthly report of your calls, form requests and phone taps, and of any quotes or service requests submitted through your tools, with a short note on ways to improve. Changes are quoted as needed.
- Site Care: everything in Site Care Lite, plus small edits such as new hours, a new service or a seasonal change. Each month, Site Care includes an updated promotional page tailored to your current offer.
- App Care: hosting, the emails a tool sends, and small fixes. Every tool requires it.
- Complete Care: Site Care and App Care at one price, for one website and one tool. The monthly report includes the quotes or service requests submitted through the tool.

Do-it-yourself website builders are easy to start with. However, the monthly fees continue, the site remains on their platform, and building and maintaining it falls to you.

Before work begins, the scope, the price and the launch date are agreed. After launch, care is month to month, and you may cancel at the end of any month.
