Your customer receives a confirmation email, and so do you. You update the status of each request as the job progresses.

App Care is $49/mo. It covers hosting, sending the emails and small fixes, and every tool requires it. If I don't host your website, I put the tool on a subdomain of your site's address, like requests.yourbusiness.com. The plan is month to month.
